The Woman Who Still Wants To Marry
Hey! Wait.. I am not considered a woman yet. And I am not qualified to be married at this young age. This has nothing to do with my life.. but it’s my addiction. After watching Personal Taste, someone recommended this Korean series entitled The Woman Who Still Wants to Marry. Kim Bum was part of the cast so I was really excited. It took me a week or so to finish this.. and I was satisfied with what I’ve seen. I am rushing this since the school year will start soon and I won’t have time if that happens. Here’s the plot:
Three women in ther 30’s had been struggling with their romantic relationships due to their successful careers. One is a restaurant consultant who is a party queen. The other one is the best Korean-English Translator who keeps on blind dating and the last one is a reporter who was dumped by his long time boyfriend.

I kept asking myself, what if.. I’m already in my 30’s and I became successful as well, will I be too perfect for someone? Will somebody be my other half? Will someone still love me? Because they’re in a situation that’s hard to handle for someone who is thirsty and hungry for love.
All I can is that, this is not just one story.. it’s like a story of friendship. Three friends who are there for each other, and you’ll keep an eye because of their love problems. Three sided story, that’s what I think of it.
After being dumped, Lee Shin Young, finds herself not wanting to get married and focusing on her job. But that changes when Ha Min Jae(Kim Bum) came to her life.. she felt butterflies and a warmth feeling in her heart. They became a cute couple.. or shall I say? A cougar couple? Lee Shin Young is 34 while Ha Min Jae is a 24 year old university student who is popular in Indie bands. A 10 year age gap is really something.. does this prove that age doesn’t matter? I don’t believe in it.. because the same situations lies with my mother and father. Well, my father is not as handsome and cute as Kim Bum anyway.. so I don’t want to compare.
I don’t really wanna spill the story of her two friends because I don’t find it interesting.. I am into Lee Shin Young’s story the most. It’s the most complicated one. His ex boyfriend met his boyfriend’s mother.. they make love and wanted to get married because Ha Min Jae’s mother was getting a divorce. Imagine that? If Lee Shin Young and Ha Min Jae will work out, his ex boyfriend will become his father in law.. and to Ha Min Jae’s side, the ex boyfriend of his current girlfriend will become his stepfather. I mean, how ridiculous is that?
Oh well, if you don’t have anything to do. You should watch this.. if you’re a fan of Kim Bum. :D
