While distributing the ballot boxes to the different classrooms, I saw this official ballot with my name written on top of it. It just reminded of last year’s election where in I lost the Presidential elections. It was a close fight. The moment I saw this, I knew that the owner must be from my batch. Whoever it is, thank you for this souvenir. 

For Roselyn Duka. Every year, our school has this project “Adopt A Child”. The project is pretty much self-explanatory. In my 4 years of stay in SPCB, this is actually my first time to participate. I was fixing my stuff, saw these things and decided to give these to the girl I’m adopting on Tuesday. The bag was my school bag when I was in 6th grade while the shirt and wallet are still brand new. The books, I’m still quite hesitant if it will be of use to the girl. ;)

Ito yung sinuot ko nung Green Day namin. Baliw talaga ako eh, biruan mo ba naman na magsuot ng skirt sa ganitong okasyon. Wala kasi talaga akong balak pumasok, wala kasi akong green shirt. Yung sinuot ko nung isang taon, maliit na sakin, ang sagwa tignan kasi bitin na. Kaya naisipan kong suotin ‘to, hiniram ko lang sa ate ko yung top at cardigan. Yung skirt, akin talaga. Pag pasok ko pa lang ng school nun, ang tanong na kagad sakin, “Bakit hindi ka naka-green?” Eh yung cardigan, sa paningin ko, green naman siya. Nung nakita ko ‘tong picture, parang hindi pala talaga green.

PS: May nanunukso pa sakin nun. May tumawag sakin ng “Lola”, hindi ko alam kung bakit.. pero dahil na rin siguro sa suot ko dahil na rin siguro dun sa print at design ng skirt ko. Pero keri lang, choice kong isuot ‘to eh.. pinanindigan ko na! :)
